Our Mission Statement

To work with manufacturing industries, and increase their organisational capability within the global nuclear supply chain.

To excel and ‘future-proof’ our clients; ensuring success today while competing for tomorrow.

A question I often get asked; ‘why do you do what you do, what motivates you?’; the answer is the same every time…

Many (many) years ago as a 9 year old child growing up in the north-east of England, I attended a remembrance service with parents and grandparents.

As was the norm, we ended the service at the local British Legion club, where the men traditionally gathered to reminisce, and talk about the past, the present and the future, over a pint of the region’s finest.

Shipbuilding and steelworks were always on the agenda, this being the life blood of the villages, towns and cities in the region, along with the coal mines.  The coast of the Tyne & Wear during those times were full to the brim of shipbuilders, the rivers holding a collection of the most magnificently engineered vessels.

School trips to the launch of such vessels were a highlight of the year, and it was quite some sight let me tell you!

In those times the UK manufacturing industry produced to the highest standards, we had a reputation second to none.

Being a typical inquisitive child I asked a question to a friend of my granddad’s, for no apparent reason, ‘where do you work?’; his response will always stay with me.

In the seconds before he answered, he looked down at me while still seated, visibly rose in stature, and with a pride in his eyes I now sadly seldom see; responded in typical northeastern brogue; ‘Pet, I make the best ships in the World …’

I want to ask the same question to UK manufacturers, and I want to hear them say with pride…

We make the best in the world.

That’s what motivates me.  That’s why I do this.  And that’s why I’ll never stop doing what I do.
